Dears,
We have implemented SSO (Logon Tickets ) in EP and integrate ITSM to be accessible through the EP, now when a user create an Incident, Email notification sent to him with the incident URL. now since the SSO implemented in EP, when he try to access the link (which got generated from Solution Manager) it ask for User & Password.
Any solution for this, Can we integrate Solution Manager ITSM with Active Directory as SSO ?
Other question, Can we integrate Solution Manager with Active Directory, so any new user in AD to be generated as a Business Partner and given a default Business Role (example: Reporter/Requester/End User, )
